There are 2 types of "renting contracts" in British Columbia. One is a fixed contract for a specific period time and the other type is on a "month to month" term. We allow our visitors & students to rent on a month to month term or they can choose to stay for a specific amount of time.

"NO TAKOVER $" means the person renting the appartment does not need to buy the furniture.
